Around 6 PM last night my HIV doctor called with my blood results from the last blood test I had a week or so ago. Told me I am doing great. My TCell count is at 546, up from 512, and I am still undetectable. Forgot to ask him what my percentage was but I will find out when he mails me a copy of the results with my next blood test I have to take in June. The doctor wants to test other levels at that time too. Was happy with the numbers. Thankfully they keep going up and improving. Spent the night watching TV from the DVR. Got the DVR pretty clear except for the season of Castle. Went to bed around 9:30 PM for a little lovin before we went to sleep.
This morning I was up at 6:30 AM. Fed the dogs and gave Vito his shot. Feeling very tired today. Read a little of the newspaper and then went back to bed for an hour until about 9:30 AM. Got up and showered and did things around the house. Plugged in the pond pump since there is the hole in the ice from the heater and it is in the 40s today. I am sure the fish appreciate the air. I can see them swimming under the hole in the ice. Made a bagel for lunch and then turned on some music and laid on the bed with the dogs for a while. Just can't seem to wake up today. Hope I am not getting this flu since I did get a flu shot. If I drink lots of watcr and get a lot of sleep I hope to avoid it. And I don't go that many places with other people each day. Tonight we are going to the play Memphis with our season tickets at the Performing Arts Center. Sound like it should be good. Thankfully it is a musical so it will keep Tony, and me, awake, hopefully. Just hope I don't get the flu from someone at the play. Making some salads and left overs for supper before we go to the show. It did get to 40 degrees today and the sun was out, but the wind was strong so it felt much colder outside or I would have gone for a walk. Hopefully tomorrow I will get a walk in since it is to be as warm, less wind, before rain for the night.
