Yesterday afternoon I had a board meeting for ARCW. Was a good meeting which included a lunch. Came home and spent the afternoon watching TV until Tony came home early at 4:30 PM. He did not have a good day at work and called it a day early. Brought home some extra lunches from the meeting which I served for dinner with some chicken soup. We spent the night watching the movie Piranha. It was actually pretty good. Lot of blood and fish eating people. Went to bed around 10:30 PM after a little lovin.
This morning I was up and out of bed by 6:30 AM. Got the dogs fed and Tony off to work before making myself a bagel for breakfast. Got showered and was at ARCW for a dental cleaning appointment. After my dental cleaning I came home and after letting the dog out I walked across the alley to talk with the neighbor for a little while. After I came home I then drove to Pick N Save to buy some food items that I had coupons for. I saved over $20 bringing the total down to $40.00 for everything I bought. I wasn't going to go to the grocery store but the weather is talking about a snow storm here in Milwaukee this weekend so I thought I better fill the cabinets with food. Actually we could be snowed in for a month and still have food. Spent the rest of the afternoon listening to Mariah Carey and dusting. Making a frozen beef roast, corn, mashed potato and a salad for dinner. Will most likely watch another movie I have downloaded and DVR our regular TV programs to watch commercial free over the weekend. Tomorrow is Friday already, where does the week go? Looking forward to our regular Friday lunch with the guys. No plans this weekend which is probably good considering the 5 inches of snow that is set to arrive on Saturday.
I added a lot of pictures along the left side border. If you haven't ventured down the blog for a while you might want to check out all the pictures I added. Most of the pictures are the Christmas Cards I send out each year dating back to 1995. Also added a little caption with most pictures. As you can see the dogs are our standard Christmas Card each year. As the number of dogs change over the years, it is still not easy to get a picture with all of them, much less them all looking at the camera. Thankfully there is photo shop to alter some of them and finish them as you can see. Hope you enjoy them.
